Device Modeling & Characterization Group
The Device Modeling and Characterization group focuses on the development of standard and custom devices models for high-speed transistors. These device models are developed for government and industry partners, which utilize the models in their designs. In addition, the characterization and modeling group provide in-house models for the Circuits and Systems group within COMSARE.
