CAD Development Group
The CAD Development group (CDG) focuses on the development of advanced CAD tools that enhance the capabilities of the Device Characterization and Modeling group. These CAD tools include, but are not limited to, the development of a universal device modeling environment, data acquisition, model extraction, and advanced neural network modeling. The software packages are integrated into the characterization and modeling processes of the Device Characterization and Modeling group.
